STEPANAKERT (Combined Sources) — Baritone Sar Sargsyan, from Hadrut, Artsakh won the grand prize in an international contest that was held in Spain titled “Gran Fiesta”. The international contest had been organized by “Fiestalonia Milenio”, an international organization that has become a European leader in the organization of worldwide festivals. Sargsyan noted that he felt especially proud because he became victorious against a big delegation from Azerbaijan that also participated in the contest.
