On April 23, 2023 in the “Templum” concert hall in Łódź, Sar Sargsyan, the Armenian baritone singer gave a recital entitled “Armenian Crane” to commemorate the Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day (1915).The recital programme included works by well-known and renowned Armenian composers. The piano accompaniment was provided by Jakub Czech, a Łódź-based pianist, arranger, teacher, and conductor.The event was organized by the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Armenia in Łódź and “Nairi” – the Armenian Education and Cultural Centre. The guests included the Armenian Ambassador to Poland, Samvel Mkrtchian, the Armenian Honorary Consul in Łódź, Rafał Choma, as well as Archimandryta Taron Ghulikyan, priest of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Poland.We wish to express our gratitude to the organizers for the invitation and a warm reception.
