Sar Sargsyan wishes to invite you to the 1st International Vocal Festival and Competition “Vistula Sounds” to be held on 15-19 August 2022 in Ciechocinek (Poland). Sar is the artistic director of the event who developed this unique idea. The “Vistula Sounds” will become an annual celebration of singing, reaching both national and international audiences, attracting contestants, guests and judges from Poland and many other countries. The consistent concept of the event combines a variety of cultural, educational and entertainment elements to provide a platform for singing, stage performance, and intercultural exchange. One of the objectives is also to enrich Ciechocinek’s already extensive entertainment offering with a top quality event attracting the city’s patients and residents, as well as tourists.
Featured in the photograph is Sar with the beautiful and unique trophie of the “Vistula Sounds” Festival. These custom-made statuettes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners, as well as the Grand Prix winners of the two competitions. 32 trophies are now awaiting to be handed over to their rightful winners – this could be any of you! However, to be considered for a prize you need to take part in our Festival. Applications from contestants are accepted until June 1, 2022.The festival is held under the Honorary Patronage of the Governor and Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship of Poland, the head of the county Aleksandrow and the mayor of the city of Ciechocinek.
