A new “Hay Hogin” (“Armenian Soul”) song and video clip were released today, 20 September 2020. The music to the piece was written to the lyrics of the late Armenian poet, Mushegh Iskhan, by a well-known Armenian composer, Armenuhi Karapetyan. The project developed by the Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Association brought together 27 outstanding Armenian musicians, singers and vocalists from 17 countries in the world. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions recordings were partially made at artists’ places of residence. We are happy to say that one of the vocalists invited to participate in the project was Sar Sargsyan.
